Lactic Acid is an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) naturally derived through the fermentation of sugars. It gently exfoliates the skin by removing dead skin cells, revealing a brighter, smoother, and more even-looking complexion. Unlike stronger exfoliating acids, Lactic Acid also has excellent hydrating properties, making it suitable for most skin types, including dry and sensitive skin when used at appropriate concentrations.
