JASMINE ABSOLUTE

Jasmine absolute is one of the most beautiful and precious scents used in perfumery (it takes 8000 carefully picked blossoms to produce 1ml), it is also an antidepressant, a sedative and an aphrodisiac. It also decreases menopause symptoms and it increases lactation.

• Face: add 1 drop of jasmine absolute to a bowl of boiling water to create an aromatic steam to clear the pores and alleviate your mood.

• Hair: add 1 drop of jasmine absolute to your hair and the smell will last for long hours.

• Body: 1 drop of diluted jasmine absolute’s smell will last for long hours. Also massaging breasts with diluted jasmine absolute for breastfeeding women increases lactation and delays ovulation.

• Health: to treat menopause symptoms such as hot flashes and depression get a weekly massage with jasmine absolute, lavender and geranium essential oils for 8 weeks.

• Aromatherapy: inhaling or diffusing jasmine absolute for 5 minutes a day over a period of 10 days significantly brings down elevated state of mind, anxiety, insomnia, palpitations and irritability. Jasmine absolute is also an aphrodisiac; it increases romantic and positive feelings.

• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
