FENUGREEK EO

Fenugreek essential oil is beneficial for increasing testosterone levels in men, increasing breast milk supply, enlarging breasts and fighting acne.

• Face: add 1 drop of fenugreek essential oil to ½ teaspoon jojoba oil to relieve breakouts and soothe skin irritation.
• Hair: mix 2 drops of fenugreek essential oil with ½ teaspoon coconut oil and massage in the scalp and hair to boost and lock moisture. Leave 5 mins and rinse.
• Body: Add a drop or 2 of fenugreek essential oil to a cup of tea or a glass of warm water to increase breast milk supply. Massage diluted fenugreek and fennel essential oils to your breasts for enlargement purpose. 
• Health: men: add 1 to 2 drops of fenugreek essential oil to a glass of warm water or a cup of tea to increase testosterone levels that will enhance physical endurance and libido
• Aromatherapy: inhaling or diffusing fenugreek essential oil eases tension and decreases appetite 
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
