DILL EO

Dill essential oil is beneficial for eliminating water retention, spasms of the body, head lice and flatulence. It has a relaxing effect on nerves, muscles and intestines providing quick relief.

• Face: add 1 drop of dill essential oil to a teaspoon of grapeseed oil and apply if you have a wound to prevent infection and help it heal quickly.
• Hair: add a few drops of dill essential oil to your lice treatment/ prevention spray and you will see very effective results.
• Body: add dill essential oil to a carrier oil and massage your body to induce sweating and get rid of water retention 
• Health: massage diluted dill essential oil on your stomach and abdomen to soothe indigestion, flatulence and stomach pain
• Aromatherapy: diffuse dill essential oil to create a calming and relaxing atmosphere.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5% 
• Shelf life: up to 3 years in a dark cool place
