CORIANDER SEEDS EO

Coriander essential oil is beneficial for aiding digestion, assisting with aches and pains, arthritis, rheumatism, fatigue and soothing the mind and the central nervous system. 

Face: add a few drops of coriander seed essential oil to your moisturizer or serum to help fight oxidative stress and environmental pollution damage.

Hair: mix a few drops of coriander seed essential oil with your hair oil and apply to the roots, it penetrates the skin deeply and prevents hair loss .

Body: mix a few drops of coriander seed essential oil with a carrier oil and massage on painful areas to soothe sore muscles, ease rheumatism and arthritis aches and relax the body.

Health: diffuse coriander seed essential oil and inhale deeply to decongest the nasal passages making breathing easy

Aromatherapy:  mix coriander seed essential oil with lavender essential oil to ease feelings of nervousness and tension headache.

Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.

Dillution  : 0.5 to 5% 

Shelf life: up to 3 years in a dark cool place
