CLARY SAGE EO

Clary sage essential oil is beneficial for stress and depression relief, alleviation of menopause symptoms, reduction of menstrual cramps and hair growth.

• Face: add a drop of clary sage essential oil to a jojoba oil dabbed cotton and apply or any scratch or burn .
• Hair: add a few drops of clary sage to your hair mask or carrier oil; it minimizes dandruff, improves blood circulation and stimulates hair growth.
• Body: apply diluted clary sage essential oil daily on the lower abdomens between menstrual cycles, it will significantly reduce menstrual cramps.
• Health: sclareol, which is a component of clary sage essential oil mimics the effect of estrogen. Apply diluted clary sage to the bottoms of the feet to reduce hot flashes.
• Aromatherapy: diffuse or inhale directly from the bottle it reduces cortisol; the stress hormone and produces an antidepressant-like effect. 
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
