CEDARWOOD EO

Cedarwood essential oil is beneficial for hair growth, occasional insomnia, acne treatment, stress and anxiety relief. It is also used for its beautiful woodsy scent in perfumery and cosmetics.

• Face: add a few drops of cedarwood essential oil to your acne treating ointment or cream to reduce stubborn breakouts.
• Hair: alopecia areata is a disease that causes the immune system to attack hair follicles leading to hair loss. Mix cedarwood, lavender, rosemary and thyme essential oils with a carrier oil and massage to the scalp for 7 to 8 months, you will experience significant hair growth.
• Body:  make a natural  perfume by mixing 15 to 20% cedarwood essential oil with 80 to 85% of carrier oil. Shake and use a little bit directly on your skin.
• Health: if you occasionally experience insomnia cedarwood essential oil has sedative qualities; inhale directly from the bottle.
• Aromatherapy: diffuse cedarwood essential oil to help wind down at the end of the day.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
