BLACK PEPPER EO

Black pepper essential oil’s major active ingredient is piperine; beneficial for neck pain, muscle injuries, tendonitis, constipation, diarrhea and gas regulation and lowering blood pressure. It also exhibited anticancer activity and cigarette craving reduction.

• Face: combine 1 drop of black pepper essential oil with a tablespoon of rose water to open clogged pores, remove extra oil, bacteria and dirt that gets accumulated over the skin .
• Hair: 2 drops of black pepper essential oil combined with a teaspoon of carrier oil massaged deeply in the scalp activates the blood circulation and a good blood supply strengthens roots and controls hair fall. 
• Body:add 1 to 2 drops of black pepper essential oil to your soup or smoothie to ease diarrhea, gas and constipation.
• Health: to increase circulation and blood flow to the muscles and nerves add 3-4 drops of black pepper essential oil to a warm compress and apply to the abdomen.
• Aromatherapy: to reduce cigarette craving, diffuse black pepper essential oil or inhale it directly from the bottle when having a craving.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
